Tue May 13, 2008 12:12 pm by fran I've noticed that the Sunday Masses we celebrate are sometimes called Feast Days, sometimes the Masses are referred to as Solemnities.... I am wondering what these two designations refer to and whether there are any other designations... At the end of Mass, when Father is exposing the Blessed Sacrament, we say a prayer which begins: Come, Holy Spirit, Fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in us....
